Today’s HR, LLC is a full service Human Resources (HR) Consulting Firm offering a wide range of HR and Operational services for start-up, small and nonprofit organizations. Whether as a complement to an existing team, as a virtual HR department or on a project basis, we will partner with our clients and provide custom tailored solutions that works best for their business. We can act as a strategic partner by analyzing and recommending solutions relating to an assigned program or a specific area. Our customized approach gives our clients the expertise and hands-on assistance to quickly expand their business to the next level.

MICHELLE_3275_LRMichelle Beiga is the Founder and Principal of Today’s HR who is a dedicated and accomplished professional with more than 20 years of experience leading HR and Business Operations for start-up, small and mid-size companies. Michelle has proven effectiveness in providing vision and counsel in steering organizations through periods of accelerated growth, organically and through merger and acquisitions. She is skilled at improving the execution of operations, and streamlining systems and procedures to maximize productivity, minimize costs and directly contribute to organizational goals.

Michelle has had several leadership roles and has utilized her many years of expertise to guide companies in developing and maintaining best-in-class employee cultures. Prior to starting her own firm, Michelle was the Director of Human Resources for National Security Partners, a leading provider of high-end strategic consulting, technical development and mission execution programs. She established the HR division by providing strategic and tactical direction to build the HR foundation and develop processes and procedures to support rapid growth initiatives as the company grew from 60 employees to over 200 in 3 years. Michelle led and managed all facets of HR and was instrumental in leading due diligence and integration efforts for several mergers and acquisitions.

Michelle has also served as Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Operations Officer for start-up, small and mid-size companies. Her experience is both strategic and tactical with strong decision making, leadership, coaching and mentoring skills. Being very hands on, she was able to offer the daily control of human resources processes, resource allocation, employee relations, compensation planning and employee benefits, along with managing business operations.
